Very filling, very low carb
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast sliced
- 3/4 to make pocket
- fine diced red onion
- fine diced mushrooms
- finely shredded spinach
- crumbled feta
- oregeno, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper tt
- 1/8 cup melted butter
Instructions
sautee onion and mushrooms add spinach, spices and feta. mix well. spoon about 1 tbsp of mixture into each chicken pocket, close. add some of the same spices to melted butter and brush over chicken. cook on 350F for about 30 mins or until internal temp is at least 170F turn onto broil for 5 mins to crisp up top of chicken…ENJOY!!Small abouts of carbs will be found in onion,mushrooms, spinach, and feta…maybe 6g per serving
