These are Great !! Only 1 carb each .
- 1 lb. of Chicken strips (0 carbs)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (4 carb )
- Head Country seasoning (0 Carbs)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (0 carb)
1. clean your chicken strips and then put them in a pan and add soy sauce ,just so the chicken strips can soak in it for less than a minute and take them out and sprinkle them with the head country seasoning.2.Then add your olive oil to your skillet and let the oil get hot and then add your chicken and let it brown and serve . These are delicious ! I serve them with salad . 1 carb each Prep time: 15 minutes serving 3 people
