Managing your Journal...
Journals are a very popular part of the LCE forum. A tremendous amount of encouragement and support goes on in the journals every day, and whether your an old-timer, or brand new to LCE and/or low carbing, journaling can be a helpful way to stay focused, blow off steam, celebrate accomplishments, just chat and make new friends.
So feel free to start your own journal if you'd like! You can open and close your journal threads, or even delete your journal thread if you decide you want to start anew. It's your journal, so it's up to you. Of course, if you need any help, feel free to ask any of the LCE Staff for assistance and we'll be glad to help you.
Customarily, folks only have ONE active journal per member at any given time; that does make it easier on your readers in keeping track of who's doing what.
Lots of folks like to visit the journals, and we've found when people have more than one active journal at a time, it gets very confusing.
Don't want to confuse your fans!
So if you'd like to start a new journal, we suggest you close your old journal first. To close or delete a journal, when you are logged in, select the "Thread Tools" from the first post of the journal, or ask for some assistance in doing that if you have any trouble. (This will only work in the Jounals forum.)
Those that prefer to make one entry per topic or day will probably find the Blogs a better fit for their tastes. Either way, feel free to pick the option that best suits you.
Happy Journaling, Fellow Travelers!
