Flax Salad Dressing 1 (Sweet)

This is a great dressing to use with salads containing nuts, dried cranberries, and/or cheese. I know that sweet dressings are unusual, but I think that you will be surprised. It works really well with roasted nuts and/or goat or blue cheese. The sweet/savory makes a good combination.

Great on most salads or on an Italian antipasto salad (Tomatoes, mozzarella, onion, and basil). Great way to get your omega-3's.

Olive Oil Dijon

Great with fresh greens mixed with asparagus and avacado.

Poppy Seed Dressing

This is a recipe my mother-in-law gave me years ago and I adapted. No idea where it originated from. Yeilds: Enough dressing to abundantly cover 3 bags of purchased salad greens (about 12 servings).
