Ingredients

  • 2 T Flax Meal
  • 1⁄2 c Protein Powder
  • 1⁄4 c Bake Mix
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • 1⁄2 t Stevia Liquid
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1⁄8 t Cream of Tartar
  • 1⁄2 c Water
  • 1⁄4 c Cream
  • 2 T Olive Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F and spray 1 large or 2 small loaf pans with cooking spray. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. Beat egg yolks with remaining ingredients into a thick batter. Gently fold yolk mixture into egg whites (don't worry if it still has white streaks, just don't deflate the whites too much). Pour into loaf pan(s) and bake for approx. 30 minutes or until it tests done with a toothpick and the sides of the bread pull away from the pan. Cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
