Description
A low-carb subsitute tortilla/wrap.
Ingredients
- 1 c Soy Protein Isolate
- 1⁄2 t Baking Powder
- 1 t Cream
- 1 c Water
- 1 t Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
Mix eggs than add cream and oil. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to egg mixture with enough water to make it soft but not runny. Use a hand mixer to get out all the lumps. Spread very thinly on a well-oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until browned.
