Description
Some low-carb rolls to satisfy your bread cravings
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 pck Splenda
- 1 ds Salt
- 1 pn Cream of Tartar
- 3 T Ricotta Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300. Separate the eggs. Add the sweetener, salt, and cheese to the egg yolks (I whisk them together for a smoother product). Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until they form stiff peaks. Using a spatula, gradually and carefully add the yolk mixture to the meringue. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and spoon the mixture onto the sheet making six rolls . (Dollop the mixture on top of itself for the right round shape.) Bake at 300 for 35-50 minutes (time varies depending on altitude). Let them cool a bit then slide them off the sheet and into a large ziplock bag.
Notes
There are 4 gms of carbohydrate for the whole recipe. Depending on what size you make, you will get 6 or more rolls, at less than 1 carb apiece. Nutritional information is for 6 rolls.

Revolution Rolls
I like these for burgers.... but I add a bit of onion powder and other seasonings sometimes too. Instead of cutting one, I just use two.. and voila.. good to go.
