Description
I made this up last week and have had it a few times since. Even the anti-low carbers in my house enjoyed them!
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 T wheat gluten
- 1⁄2 t Baking Powder
- 3 pk Splenda
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 2 ds ground cinnamon
- 3 T half and half
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients well. Add remaining ingredients & whisk thoroughly. Fry in skillet with oil or non stick spray. Great with butter and sugar free syrup.
