Low Carb Diet Recipe: Salmon Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 small can salmon, skinless boneless
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TB chopped walnuts

Instructions

Drain salmon. Mix with rest of ingredients and form into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Chil overnight or until serving. Nutritional information assumes 24 servings.
