Description

Flavorful spicy chicken, easy to make and no carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 1⁄2 lb chicken
  • 1⁄2 c Melted Butter
  • 1⁄4 c red pepper sauce
  • 1 T cider vinegar
  • 1 pk ranch dressing mix

Instructions

Melt butter in skillet add red pepper sauce and vinegar.

Let mixture slightly cool, then dip chicken in butter mixture. Coat both sides. Place in 9x13 baking dish.

Sprinkle over top of chicken ranch dressing mix. Place in preheated oven 350 for about 1 1/2 hours. Slightly less red pepper sauce may be used according you your taste.
