Low Carb Diet Recipe: Forgotten Cookies

Description

Best done at night before you go to bed. When you get up in the morning, cookies are done.

Ingredients

3 egg whites
2?3 c Splenda
1 ds Salt
1?4 t vanilla
1?4 t butter flavoring
3 lc toffee bars

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until frothy, add Splenda, salt, and flavors.

Beat until stiff peaks. Fold in candy and pecans from the LC Bars. Drop by heaing teaspoon on foil lined cookie sheet. Place in oven and turn it off and forget them.
