Description

Quick and easy version of homemade Splenda Gelatin.

Ingredients

  • 2 pk knox plain gelatin
  • 1 pck unsweetened kool-aid
  • 6 T Splenda
  • 1 pck stevia plus

Instructions

Dissolve 2 envelopes gelatin in 1 cup cold water. In large bowl or deep dish, add kool-aid, splenda and stevia. Stir in the gelatin and 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Add 1 cup ice cubes and stir for about a minute. Remove amy unmelted cubes and put in fridge.
Takes about an hour or so for this to set.

Cut into 8 squares at just under 2 carbs per serving.
