"Hippo" Blue Cheese Dressing

Description

I will never eat store bought blue cheese again!

Ingredients

  • 1 c Mayonaise
  • 1⁄2 c canola oil
  • 1 c vinegar
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • 1 ds Pepper

Instructions

Crumble the blue cheese. Mix all ingred. together and let stand OUT of fridge for 1 hour.

Then let stand in fridge for at least 8 hours before using. (If you don't let it stand, it stays runny.)

Notes

Enjoy! 1 gm carbs per 2 TB serving.
