Description

This is a great egg dish that is very quick, and easy to make. I eat it for breakfast and dinner.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 c grated cheddar
  • 2 T Butter
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper

Instructions

I put the cheese in a bottom of a 9 x 9 pan. Then take the butter and break it up into bits, and place dots of it around the bottom - so the cheese won't burn. Blend the eggs, cream, mustard, salt and pepper together. Pour over the cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes at 325. It rises kind of like a quiche.

Serves 6 pieces.
