Description
Serve on your favorite meat or veggie.
Ingredients
- 14 oz swanson lower sodium beef broth
- 4 oz mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 1⁄2 T cornstarch
- 1⁄6 c Water
Instructions
Mix broth, mushrooms and bring to boil.
Mix water with corn starch and add to boiling broth.
Turn off heat and let sit for 2 or 3 minutes.
2 carbs. per serving
