Taco Lettuce Wraps

Description
It's a little difficult to get the carb count because it varies on what vegetables you use. I refered to Atkins Carb Gram Counter book for my totals.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t onion salt
- 1 head lettuce
- 1⁄2 c Chopped Onion
- 2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 small diced tomato
- 1 ds Sour Cream
- 1 ds guacamole
Instructions
Can use ground turkey or diced chicken in place of ground beef,
Season meat with chili powder, garlic powder and onion salt. Brown and drain. Wash lettuce leaves, make sure to keep them whole, and dry. Fill lettuce leaf with meat and add toppings just as you would a taco shell. You can add other toppings, green peppers, black olives and anything else you'd put in a taco. Wrap lettuce leaf up and enjoy.
Notes
1/2 cup of onion - 6.9g carb - 1.4g fiber= 5.5g carb
1 small tomato - 4.2g carb - 1.0g fiber= 3.2g carb
Guacamole 2 tbsp {I used a store brand} 2g carb - 1g fiber= 1g carb
Total carb = 9.7g carb for 4-6 servings
