Description
Quick and super easy.
Ingredients
- 2 T brown sugar
- 3 T prepared mustard
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and mustard. Mix together well. Butterfly the port chops and arrange them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the mustard mixture over the chops, then sprinkle with the lemon juice. Place about 1/8 of an inch of water in the bottom of the baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, or to desired doneness.
