Description
This recipe uses jicama in place of apples and raspberries in place of raisins. The raspberries give the salad a very nice pink color. This is a very yummy salad!
Ingredients
* 4 Celery Stalks
* 1 c jicama
* 1?4 c Mayonaise
* 1 T Splenda
* 1 T vinegar
* 1?4 c raspberries
* 1?4 c walnuts
Instructions
Chop celery, jicama, and walnuts into small pieces, dump into bowl and set aside. In another small bowl mix mayonnaise, Splenda, and vinegar to make the dressing. Add the dressing to vegetable and fruit mixture, mix well, and chill for several hours.
