Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- juice from 1 lemon
- dash of white pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
Use Hollandaise as sauce for veggies (I like asparagus or broccoli) or use Bearnaise for dipping steak. Yum yum. Melt butter to boiling point. In blender put egg yolks lemon juice white and cayenne peppers and salt. Cover and blend for 5 seconds. Remove cover and start blender again. SLOWLY add butter in a steady stream while blender is on. Voila. Hollandaise. Add some Tarragon and you’ve got Bearnaise
