It is fabulous !!!! My favorite new recipe my husband created.

Ingredients

  • 2 chilean sea bass filets
  • 4 T whole macadamia nuts
  • 3 T Butter

Instructions

Sea Bass Filets (about 1/3 pound each)

Chop Macadamia Nuts to desired consistency (I like some chunks in it) and blend chopped Macadamia Nuts with butter. Spread Nut mixture onto top of each filet (divide evenly between the two). Bake at 450 degrees for 13 minutes.
