Low Carb Diet Recipe: Salmon on the Barby

Great with steamed vegetables!

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
1 ds milk
2 clv crushed garlic
1 drp 21 season salute
1?4 c white whine
3 T Butter

Instructions

fillets s/b 1/2 inch thick

Soak in milk for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
Rinse
Mix cloves crushed garlic and 21 season salute with cup white wine and margarine.
Brush mixture on both sides of fillets and grill, brushing occasionlly with the mixture til done.
