Salmon Patties w/Dill Sauce

Description
Each patty will be less than .25 of a carb each! Great with Dill Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cn salmon
- 1⁄4 c Chopped Onion
- 1⁄2 stk Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄2 c pork rinds
Instructions
- Take can of de-boned salmon and separate salmon until it is loose and mushy.
- Melt butter and add to salmon. Add onion, salt and pepper, pork rinds and egg .
- Preheat skillet or griddle with butter.
- Pat mixture into small patties and place in heated skillet or griddle. Mixture will be kind of mushy.
- Allow first side to brown competely over medium heat before flipping and patties will not fall apart . When both
sides are brown, take up and serve. Delicious!

I love salmon patties
This is a nice basic recipe. BTW, I never debone my canned salmon, I actually like the bones! This is good with some chopped red bell pepper in it, and a bit of parmesan cheese (either the stuff out of the green can, or fresh grated) would help to hold the patty together. This is a fantastic, quick, inexpensive lunch for any salmon lover.
