Description
If you like 'Wheat Thins', then you will love these. Quick and simple recipe. The BEST low carb find yet!!
Ingredients
- 1 c almond flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 pk Splenda
- 1 pn Salt
- 1 pn Garlic Powder
- 1 pn Onion Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325
Mix ingredients well. Spread mixture with hands onto a well-greased piece of tinfoil. Spray a piece of wax paper with cooking spray and lay on top of mixture then use a rolling pin to roll out to a 'wheat thin' thickness. Gently remove the wax paper.
Sprinkle more salt on top if desired and lightly press into dough. Score with knife or pizza cutter into squares.
Bake until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes)
I got about 50 'wheat thin' size crackers out of this recipe.
