Low Carb Diet Recipe: Cool Ranch Pork Rinds

Description

Certainly better for you than those “Cool Ranch” chips you used to eat!

Ingredients

* 1 pk plain pork rinds
* 1?2 c canola oil
* 1 t dill weed
* 1 pk hidden valley ranch dip mix

Instructions

Mix oil and next three ingrediants together in Large bowl with lid, until garlic salt is dissolved. Add Pork Rinds, put lid on and shake vigorously back and forth and up side down getting them coated really good. Let set (sealed) overnight before eating.

Notes

Total Carbs per serving = less than 3
Serving size = 9 pork rinds
