Description
Like Chex Mix, only carb-friendly! 
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 t seasoned salt
- 7 oz Crushed Pork Rinds
- 1⁄4 c pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄4 c Butter
- 5 t Worcestershire Sauce
- 1⁄4 c crushed walnuts
- 1⁄4 ct crushed pecans
- 1⁄4 c slivered almonds
Instructions
Use 2 Bags (3.5 oz each ) pork rinds - one plain & one hot 'n spicy. Broken up to pieces about twice the size of a piece of the infamous cereal upon which this is based.
Toast pumpkin seeds until they puff.
Melt the butter in a big bowl and stir in the worchestershire and seasoned salt. Toss all the ingredients except for the pork rinds.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the ingredients and spread out in a large cookie sheet (the kind with a little rim, so the mixture doesn't go all over the stove when you stir it.) Cook at 325 degrees.
After 5 minutes,throw the pork rinds into the bowl and toss to coat. Add to the ingredients in the pan and stir up.
Check again after 5 minutes, if it's not brown enough, stir again and check every 2 minutes or so till browning.
