Description
Very simple Asian soup.
Ingredients
3 boneless chicken halves
1 ds Olive Oil
1 c chopped broccoli
3 clv chopped garlic
1 c chopped cauliflower
2 c chopped kale
1 chopped green onion
1 cn water chestnuts
1 cn chicken broth
1 c Water
Instructions
Add all to large sauce pan and simmer until vegtables are crisp tender. Add salt and pepper to taste with a dash of soy sauce.
Notes
Editor’s note: the water chestnuts are one of the higher carb ingredient here, with a net 13 gms. To “shave” the carbs, try thin slices of jicama in it’s place.
