Description
This makes anywhere from 8-10 servings.. maybe more depending on how big your servings are... And, since different brands have different carb counts, I based the count in the middle...The entire recipe has approximately 70 carbs... so that averages out to less then 10 carbs even if you only get 9 servings out of this huge pot of soup.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1⁄2 t Garlic Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1 cn kidney beans
- 1⁄2 cabbage
- 28 oz tomatos
- 1 cn Water
- 1 cn Tomato Sauce
- 1 beef bollion cube
Instructions
Chop Celery and cabbage. Use Tomatoe can for water.
In a dutch oven, brown beef.. add all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil..Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour... may sprinkle with parsley if desired.
Notes
I've never tried substituting other beans for Kidney beans, but it might be interesting.
