Description
great soup for lces! 1 or 2 carbs and full of eggs
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 bn green onion
- 4 c chicken broth
- 1 T Soy Sauce
Instructions
Mix up your eggs like you'll be scrambling them, but don't cook them yet.
Dump the chicken broth into a pot and wait for it to boil. Once boiling, take a spoon and turn it upside down from the way we eat with it. Take the eggs and very slowly, in a thin stream, pour it on the spoon. Result should be ribbons of egg in soup. Add the soy sauce. Garnish with the green onions chopped up, and ENJOY!
