Description
Try this when you're missing Chinese food. "Don't need no steenkin wrapper" for this egg roll, since you eat it in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Pork
- 2 t Extra Light Olive Oil
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1⁄4 c Onion
- 1 1⁄2 c Shredded Cabbage
- 1 t Grated Ginger
- 2 T Soy Sauce
- 2 drp Asian Chilli Oil
- 2 drp Sesame Oil
Instructions
Heat a heavy skillett or wok and put in the oils. Add the celery and onion first and stir fry a bit. Throw in the leftover meat and continue a little bit, then add the ginger, followed by the cabbage. Sprinkle on the soy sauce and continue to toss for a minute or two. You want the veggies to be cooked just crisp/tender - just this side of limp.
Notes
The pork can be subsititued with beef, chicken, or shrimp.
