Description

Delicious and filling alternative to fried rice.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Pork Roast
  • 1⁄2 Green Pepper
  • 3 T Onion
  • 6 Mushrooms
  • 1 Egg
  • 1⁄2 c Cauliflower
  • 1 ds Soy Sauce
  • 1 pn Salt
  • 1 pn Pepper

Instructions

Chop pork, pepper, onion, mushrooms and cauliflower. Stir-fry leftover pork roast (or pork strips) with green pepper strips, onion, mushrooms, and beaten egg. Throw in the finely chopped cauliflower towards the end, add a dash of soy sauce, salt & pepper and voila, mock fried rice..yummy!

Notes

You can use other meats such as shrimp or chicken instead of the pork.
