Default A sweet surprise

Last week, I gave blood at the blood drive they had here at work. They give out TShirts to successful donors and I, out of habit, went straight to the 3XL. I held it up and realized that the "new me" doesnt' need that big of one. So, because I still have about 65 lbs to go to reach my goal, I picked the 2 XL. I took it home, washed it, and when I put it on to walk one morning, it was TOO BIG!! A 2 XL, too big on me. WAHHHHHHHHHooooooooo!!! Maybe it is cut large, but I dont care! It's a small thing, but it was a great feeling!

Wooo Hooo for you! That is a GREAT thing to accomplish! And small rewards like that is good motivation for staying on this woe!

Soon, you will have to learn how to wear form-fitting clothing and not clothes that hide everything...thankfully, I have a husband who helps me shop for clothes, so I don't keep on getting things that make me look bigger than what I really am.

Once again, congrats on that feat!

Good for you! I can't wait to fit into something smaller myself, or to see some kind of tangible change.

Enjoy the great feeling! That T-shirt is probably the best piece in your wardrobe now, even if your closet is filled with designer duds!

That's wonderful!! I recently experienced the same kind of thing. My pants are fitting baggy now. Also, clothes that were getting just a little too tight to wear, fit great now. It's a wonderful feeling!! Congratulations! Keep up the good work! You'll have many more experiences like that!278/264/125?

That is wonderful!!! Good for you!!

I haven't noticed my clothes being too big but I can't seem to keep my undies from fallin down!! LOL whats up with that?? I guess I have lost that 14 pounds off my BUTT.
Hubby told me to go buy new ones. I said nope not till I can buy little bikinis and lose the GRANNY PANTIES LOL.

I can't wait till a t-shirt is too big. That must feel GRRREAAAT.
