What kind of clothing can U not wait to wear?

at this point (1/2 way) - I'm wearing the things I was hoping to (just no place to wear them now - I work from home).

I am looking forward to next March - hope to be at goal and wearing skimpy biker clothes. (Just bought a new Harley today for DH - zoom!)

Then you get to dress up for just you!!!!! Some days at home I just wear my good outfits--well relatively anyway, becasuer I like the way I look in them even though I am not going anywhere--but I don't get to wear them all week at school since I teach PE!

um... a short snowcat jacket this winter... instead of the STAYPUFF marshmello type i have worn in years past.... you know.... ones that make you look BIG AND PUFFY and are down to your knees? yeah... i want one of the short jackets WITH the matching snow bibs... in a WOMANS color and size instead of the GENERIC BLACK mens ones that always fit better..(hellyeah.. they dont have a WAIST on them.. of course) .. maybe something BRIGHT and snazzy.. eh? whaddayathink?

I have been thinking of this topic for a long time. I have been fairly big most of my life, so I don't really know what wearing something that didn't have at least one X in the size would be like, So,
I would like to wear something that is in the 16-18 size , no x's, with a waist band, not elastic.
I would like to go into a store that is not a "plus size speciality" store
and try on some clothes and not feel like I don't belong there.
I would like to go on vacation and not have to have the largest suitcase we own because my clothes are too big....

Great List!!! I agree with the suitcase thing--3X sweaters and the like take up a ton of space for the same number of outfits it takes considerably more space--DH used to tease me about taking the kitches sink with everything else!

I can't wait to wear everything in my "other" closet! My DH and I did a pre-induction fast and I started at 324 lbs. My first Dr.'s appointment after starting Atkins, I weighed 286 and still couldn't wear a size smaller. So anything a whole size smaller would be a thrill!

I have a Renaissance gown I made years ago after a ttremendous loss due to six months of Phen/Fen. It took me so long to make it and it has 1200 eparls I hand sewed on the bottom. I got such looks in it. It's not as small as I eventually hope to be but it is very close. But this time without the diet drugs and a change in lifestyle I am planning on keeping that dress in the closet for the Renaissance Festival.

Also I would love to do as most everyone and shop in the regualr shops. I haven't been able to do that since I was a kid. Literally!

fI am in my white capris this morning--size 12! First time my 12's have fit--first time I have worn a 12 since before I got pregnant with DD! My next goal is a size 10--I have a stack of those in my closet as well! I bought pants on clearance this summer at PEnneys and SEars and Wal-Mart so I had affordable clothing during school--am hoping that sometime this year I can buy an all new wardrobe in a size 6 or 8 and be able to wear them forever!!!

huskers, that's fabulous! i don't have any 12's at home to try on although i'm suspecting i may be able to wear them also, and i'm afriad i've out-shrunk my kid's closets. i will have to get some at goodwill or something.

How cool is that--to shrink smaller than your kids closet sizes too!!! Go out and find yourself ONE outfit that fits perfectly--not off clearance racks or from goodwill or yard sales--fill the rest of your wardrobe with the other stuff--I bought one new shirt today as a celebration--just a Tee but I teach PE so Tees are great for me--A Junior size L--cute little striped number that matches perfectly my olive green capris. I have been looking for one for a while already. . .it looks nice on--and matched perfectly so my 10 was well spent!

i would like to be in a size 12 jeans, ones with a waist band and zipper instead of elastic.
i want to wear those jean with a size medium button front shirt and be able to tuck it in my jeans and wear a belt with it.
