OT: I'm moving!

Just thought I'd share. We close today on our loan and should be able to be in by the first of next month. We live in town now and we will be moving to a rural location a few miles outside of town. I think my dogs will love having a couple acres to roam on. So if I am not around much you know why. Thank God I am a very organized mover! So we will have it all back together in no time flat. This time we hired movers to move all the big stuff. That's the exhausting part.

Well this is the weekend we are moving so I will be off line for a few days, maybe a week depending on when I can get scheduled. Wish me luck folks, moving is backbreaking work. I oughta know! LOL
Even tho it's hard it will be well worth it to "own" versus rent. We've done both and have come to the conclusion we prefer renting until something major goes wrong like a furnace going out or something!
Thanks for the good wishes and Kumus, you're right, my doggies will be in heaven! The only thing that concerns me is that they will have to be tied to a corkscrew thingee til we get a fence done....they are used to running free.

Good Luck Renee, I hope all goes well. Why don't you get a couple of those back support things like the folks wear at Home Depot. Those things are worth their price by far. Moving is a back breaking job. One that I hope I never have to do again. I hope you enjoy your new place. It sounds wonderful. Good Luck to ya!
