    Default Food accountability

I was thinking of maybe starting a daily thread to tell what we've eaten for meals or plan to make, it would give us all ideas and help be accountable for our diets. If this already happens on another forum here sorry
    What do you think?

If it sounds good, I'll start, here is what I've eaten today and what I am planning for dinner.

breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices ham and 2 cups of coffee

    snack: Splenda pickles & peanuts

lunch: 6 slices turkey bacon, 1 roma tomato sliced, and cottage cheese

Dinner is going to be a large salad that I already made, and roast chicken which is in the crockpot now, I will stick it under the broiler to crisp up the skin after work tonight.

    Next!

this sounds like a good idea... I'd post what I ate but I'm still on induction, I don't want to bore everyone to death

    Good idea.

I had 1/2c cottage cheese and 8 strawberries for breakfast. For lunch I had my treat for the week, a slice and a half lc bread with six oz albacore tuna and mayo and 1 oz cheddar cheese. For supper I am planning on making beef polish sausage, fresh zucchini, tomatoes and onions sauteed in olive oil. For a snack I'll probably have some baby carrots. I don't get in my veggies until late in the day.

Today's menu isn't quite interseting since I had classes today and have been up and on the go since 4:30 this morning. On school days, it's all about convenience food.
    Breakfast was an Atkins shake
Snack was a low carb snack bar
Lunch was a ham turkey and swiss wrap from subway with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and mayo
Dinner will probably be a can of tuna with mayo, onion, and lemon juice

Breakfast was the same, 2 eggs, 2 slices ham, 2 cups coffee
Lunch was peanut chicken, garlic string beans, chicken kabob with onion, spicy beef with peppers and onions (chinese buffet)
Dinner: beef & chicken strips sauteed with peppers, onions, mushrooms, & a tomato, with lettuce, sour cream & guacamole on the side (fajitas without the shells
No snacks today, but I am sure I ate plenty
Iced tea with both meals and lotsa water too!

Yesterday I had two fried eggs and three strips of bacon for breakfast.
Lunch was a heart of romaine lettuce head, 1/2 cucumber, feta cheese, cubed turkey breast and crumbled bacon with baslamic vinigrette.
Supper was same as the day before. But they were beef brats not polish sausage.
Snack were baby carrots with a treat of a little peanut butter that I probably could have done without.
