| I have to admit: I've just not been doing well these past couple of months. Exhaustion, traveling, sickness, and the desparate need for a break, have kept me from doing more than keeping within 10 pounds or so of my sig weight. Well...today is a new day. I'm at a turning point in my thinking, and after a pretty serious journaling/soul-searching exercise, I am now ready to put the pedal to the metal and start again. This morning, I weigh 218. It is my goal to get back to sig weight by my birthday (4-Oct), and under 200 by Thanksgiving (my 2-year Atkinsversary). So...a long way to go for a simple weigh-in....but I hope y'all will be here as I get back to the business of losing, not just maintaining. How did you do this week? | Well I lost the pound I gained last week plus a half pound more. I walked over 100 miles this month and dammit that whoosh fairy owes me big time. Rob 310/256.5/180 |

| Gads. It took me forever to find this thread. Not that I am over anxious to tell my weight this week. I did fine up until Friday night and then because of emotional issues and stress and my stupid period on the verge of starting, I ate too many carbs Friday and Saturday and so I'm up by 1.5 pounds this week. | Hi!! I don’t usually post in this forum.. But would like to!! I went on vacation a gained 6 pounds (187lbs) Got down to (183lbs) but today I’m back to 184lbs.. | Geez, You leave for a few days and its like waking up to a new world around here! Well after a long and trying week I'm down 3.5 pounds, so that makes me below 290!!!!! I would like to thank everyone that suggested that I up the veggies and carbs. Looks like it worked! Darlene 318.5/289.5/170 |

| Okay here it goes. I really need some support I am on the long road back, BUT I AM MAKING IT!!! 403/318/220 I know 220 might seem a high goal weight but I am 5'10 and a big german girl and this is the weight I was at when I played sports in highschool. ![]() I can do this!! |
