Well the scale finally moved downward this week. Down 1/2 a pound. I'll take it though I wish it was a "Whole" pound. 1/2 pound isn't worth the trouble of changing my signature.
Hope everyone else did well this week!

I'm back on the wagon.... sitting at 217 right now.... looking forward to being under 215 or lower after a week on the fat fast.... and then onto induction. Can't believe I have another 42 lbs to go to bootcamp again. I HATE falling off the wagon!
Down 1 lb this week to 168...that's a total of 101!
Congrats Rob, even a .5 lb is good...at least it is in the right direction!
Megan, don't sweat it! You are back and that's all that matters!

Im at the same again this week, not a lb up or down. Im grateful for not gaining, ive noticed in the last 2 weeks my fluctuations are not so wild as they used to be, maybe my body is getting ready to do some real dropping again. Oh well whatever it's im in it for the long haul.

NO loss this week to report...but the way I ate the last several days it is a wonder I am not up 10 again!!!
I should have checked in last week but kept fogetting when I got on. Last week I had a 10 pound whoosh from 330 to 320. This weeks as I suspected would happen I got nothing. Which is generally how my whooshes go. Big whoosh then nothing for a week.
