| and the constant need to pee does abate somewhat, but i still have frequent bathroom breaks. just not all the time and no more middle of the night.

| lol goddess, i have my own calculations too! but after reading such good advice, i am going to give myself a good year to get to my goal (or close to it) that's around 2 pounds a week. at least i know i will make some progress and next year i can re-evaluate where i am. thanks! that makes a lot of sense. hehe, glad to hear the potty breaks do eventually slow down some!
