Default The Whoosh fairy???

Okay...I know it seems fast.....but the scale says I've lost five more lbs.

Fifteen - altogether!.....and the only reason I got on the scale, was because I could feel more weight missing......sooooo I attribute it to the whoosh fairy, (I DO drink that water), ....plus I've started to incorporate Body Flex with my WOE....

I am just sooooo happy guyz, and I know I will experience "stalls" (which sent me for a loop last time) but I'm prepared to deal with that when it comes.....right now I'm dancing for joy!

Y E E E A A A H H ! CAN YOU HEAR ME?????

Wow! Whatever you're doing, you must be doing right! That's half the battle...........finding out what works for your body to lose the weight.

Sticking with that way of eating is the other half.

Kudos to you!!!

BabyCups............I can understand about not wanting to get on the scale...*sigh*.....that's the way I did it first time around....I only weighed once a month....and I think that's cool...(I know only too well about how jumping on the scale and being disappointed can weigh [no pun intended] on you)

This time....(though not planned).....I get on the scale when my body tells me that I AM losing weight....(you know that feeling).....My curiosity sends me there.....I'm not sure when I'm going to have the nerve to jump on the scale again......but I know I'm sure staying with this WOE.....

Anyway, keep us posted....I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Kim...........thanks! (I've been reading your first journal too)......

I decided to do the Body Flex, because it doesn't require any grueling exercise which I still don't feel up to doing a this time. I'm not really able to do any serious walking yet, because I'm still limping from the broken ankle....plus....I huff and puff just walking across the room for something, and have for a long, long, time......(but that's gonna change!)....

Anyway, I appreciate all the positive feed back from each and every one of you...

We all have....and have had....this same battle to fight.....but we're gonna win!
