Default Back to basics for me.

This summer has been out of control for me. I put on 18 lbs sence June. Just not paying attention to what I was doing. Too much junk. Chips, tacos, breads, and beers with friends. Also to many diet sodas. Yes I know the diet sodas don't have carbs but I think they trigger me to eat more often. And I stopped walking when the weather got very hot. So it's back to basics today. I got out and walked 30 minutes this afternoon. Drank only water and keep away from high carb foods. But I did eat too many nuts. I have to stop buying them, I can go thru a whole can at one sitting. I'm not depressed about this for some reason, I'm just going to move on, pick myself up, dust off and keep at it. Summer break is over!

Remind me not to eat when I get home from work. Just go to bed. (I get home at 4AM)

Wasabi almonds, oh please stop, your killing me here Kim. LOL I love Wasabi Peas. I have not tried the almonds. but I'm sure I would be hooked. I'm not a big beer drinker. I just drink socialy with my buddies but that was happening every weekend. oh, I forgot to mention the margaritas. too much devil sugar!!! I'm having a salad for dinner. I have to calm myself down, I'm getting too excited. if we keep talking about junk food I'll run out to Taco Smell.

sorry eddie... i wont mention them again..*L*

i guess i just wanted ya to know we ALL have our devil things... and not ALL of them are sugar... but they ALL can sure sidetrack us or derail us eh?

i know that football season is comin... and the snacks i have need to be REALLY thought out..otherwise its the nasty crap i just spent a year and a half trying to rid myself of *L*

youre right tho... even in small packages.... if they make you drool...its best left on the store shelf... ;-)

oh.. and believe it or not... a good broiled chicken over salad makes ME excited...now... but i can tell ya it wasnt ALWAYS that way...*L*

I had to stop drinking the caffeine. I was having a hard time sleeping and my kindies would hurt. I dont have those problems now that I stopped drinking that crap. Were you checking out my sig? I changed my weight to what I'm at now. 332 and I put in my mug shot. on my profile.
