| Re: Hi!!! Im a Newbie... Great job on the weight loss to date! When people tell me the diet isn't healthy, I ask them if being overweight is any healthier? The key here is keeping the weight off. I know this is my third time. Down 112 lbs since April 05 w/98 to go. |
