Weekly Weigh-In 2/19- 2/25/06

"100 + Forum" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Still no loss for me but no gain. 205 seems to be a weight my body likes and I'm okay with that for now....."

Congratulations to you both. I'm feeling pretty high because I just slipped under 200 lbs. for the first time in 13 years! I started out at 257 in May 2005. I'm not as close to my goal as I'd hoped to be at this point, but I'm thrilled that the weight is still coming off bit by bit. I've come to realize that learning how to eat so that you don't gain weight, and yet still feeling satisfied, is a major victory. Keep up the good work LC'ers.

HI,
7lbs gone in 2 weeks on "induction"-though not as strict as I would have like to have been because of the flu-yuck! More importantly I fee sooooo much better, less mood swings, less exhausted, and more in control of myself in general-i no longer feel like a slave to the bag of m&ms...lolol. here is to another good week. Michelle
