I sure missed being able to post here.

While trying to re-register to get on the temporary forum, some flukey thing happened that wouldn't allow me to post....but I thought when everything was back up and running I would be able to...well to my dismay I still couldn't post... *sigh*

....so I changed the spelling of my name from Ginny to Ginni, and even got a new email address...(I'm determined to be here)....Now I can again join in with all my fellow lo carbers..

You are an awesome group!

On September 26, I see my Dr. again, for my second visit...I'll learn how much I've lost since August 26...(I don't get on the scale every day...too much anxiety )

Oh dear! How do I edit my post? I tried to post a picture, but it didn't post, so was going to take it out...but there appeared to be no way to edit...eeeee

Trina...Susan...thanks....I'm so glad to be back, and now I have a good report I'd like to make....

I saw my Dr. today, and lost 12 more lbs.....that's about 20 in six weeks.....I'm just absolutely thrilled! ! !....and I feel as though I'm eating like a QUEEN!
