I've been trying to get focused again on my weight problem for months now. Last week I joined the local gym because I have to stop the excuses for me not getting any cardo in my life. I have not been walking since the summer and I put on 20 lbs because of it. Not that bad when I think about it. My diet is still mostly low carb and if that was not the case I'm sure I would have put back on the total 80lbs I lost when I started eating low carb. The first week of the gym was good. I went everyday and I'm not too sore. Anyway their is somthing about that post that speaks to me. It's about how hard it is to change the way we do things in our lifes. I still have about 150 lbs I'd like to change/remove from my life. It seems like and immovable task but I have to remind myself if I chip away at it each day I'll change the course or inertia in my life.

This is great Eddie. Think I will check back in with this blog periodically. I love the way the author writes.

Thanks again, dude.
