| I love the turkey/cheese roll-up - NOT A BAGEL Seriously, this is what I attempt to base my plan on. Water, Low-Carb (protein every meal), 30-45 min. Exercise 3-4 times a weak. Didn't realize it was going to make me "Hot" :great:
