I'm back at it... Well, it has been a while since I have been on the site and living LC. Well, I am back at it and going to stick it with it. I have also brought my girlfriend onto the LC way. She is having a hard time with it as she is more addicted than I am. LOL.
So far things are going well. It has been 10 days and I am hoping the next 10 go just as well.

Re: I'm back at it... Welcome back. Yes, show her the site and that there are all types of people on low carb those that need to lose a little or a lot becuase its a great way of eating and lifestyle and not just a diet.
