| I'm at 192, down 5 since Monday. so, doing okay this time around. I have to start exercising, which may be easier now that the tree and decorations are down.

| Hello everyone First time I have ventured in here! I started induction last Tuesday after maintaining for about a year so is it OK if I weigh in on Tuesdays as opposed to Mondays?

| I can't see a problem with that. I started on Jan 1, and a week in I'm down 8 lb.: 205/197/170. I'm not sure I want to go all the way down to 170, but that's about where I stopped the first time, so I'm making that my goal. (I'm 6'-2".) |

| That is absolutely fantastic Doohickie! It is a big loss! I am very excited about tomorrow, I know you are supposed to weigh after 2 weeks but I have decided to weigh after 1 week and carry on doing it on a weekly basis on Tuesdays.

| gonna try this..I started on Dec. 28th..weight 168..weighed this morning @ 160..8lb loss..going to weigh on mondays and thursdays..too curious to wait the entire week, this prob will help the progress,seeing it written down..hoping so anyway! Good Job everyone! |

| Congratulations to all you losers! LOL I begin this thread sunday morning for the entire week. so you can pick any day to weigh. I like to do what i call a sneak peek weigh-in on wednesday morning but my official weigh-in day is Sunday.

| My weight remains unchanged. Or as they say in football parlance: No gain It's all fine and dandy with me as I've gotten no exercise since our son's arrival. My personal goal for the year is to not gain any weight aka 216 or below. I didn't choose that number. It seems to be where my body has plateau'd for the last several monthes and I'm ok with that. If I lose a decade or two, that would be good too. I'd like to see the one-derfuls, but I'm not going to stress about it. Congrats all on their early returns ps - Tuesday's my weigh-day too. It's all good. (I'll throw in a Friday afternoon "sneak-peek", if I've been "good" and gone to the gym/exercised.)

| Week one completed on induction and I haven't lost one pound.......there is hope for next week I guess... start weight 185 goal- 140 |

| I enjoy watching you guys loose. i am on maintience and it is really no fun not loosing anymore.... i miss the thrill. Enjoy it, maintience is boring and HARD but worth it! Quote:
