Default Back again...

Well here it is almost October, and I realized I have been away for a long, long time (almost a year). In that time, I have managed to gain 40 pounds. I feel miserable, let me just tell you!
So I re-started induction yesterday. It's been easier than I thought. I remember the first time I did this, I felt awful and had terrible cravings. Today is day 2 and I'm still going strong. No cravings or feelings of being deprived.

I'm excited about losing weight and feeling better. I know how much better I felt when I was eating low carb before. Just a few more days and I should start to see/feel some results. I don't own a scale, so I'm basing success on how I feel and how my clothes fit.

Glad to see some familiar faces and some new faces. I look forward to getting acquainted and re-acquainted with all of you.

Enjoy the weekend!

Hi Jess, welcome back. Im recently back myself. I was gone over a year and managed to gain over 40lbs. Im going slower this time, so if that happens to you dont get discouraged just keep plugging away. Sometimes our bodies can be very stubborn, just like us huh, lol.

Thanks Mab!
Celest, thanks for the tip-- of course I'm looking for results on the weight loss front, and hoping it happens rapidly! I can honestly say though that it's now been a week and I feel so much better. I have been waking up early the last two days, in a good mood and full of energy. I guess we'll see what happens!

i am re-reading the book. it is amazing how much i learn each time i go back to the book. it is also inspiring to read all of the stories about folks like us who make this a wol.

I'm not sure what happened to my copy of the book. I should get one and read it again.
Congrats on getting back on track!
