I have found my way back to you folks after many months (years) of being away.
I have been through many trials and tribulations since I last spoke to any of you. As the way that it always is, time has passed, and so have the storms,
I am in a good place in my life, and want to take off some of the weight that I put back on, as well as get down to my target goal. I lost 70 pounds the last time around and had gotten with 40 pounds of my goal of 150.
This time around, I am going all the way. I have been carbing down, (and need to carb down even more) and going to the gym 2-4 times a week, as my schedule allows. I have already seen some changes in my body. Can't wait to see more!!!![]()
