Hi every body from Pa. I'm from up north. Bradford County. So far north,that I can walk into NY state. Been LC ing for a month. Lost ten pounds. Still want to lose more but, it isnt happening very fast. Any tips are welcome.

Hi Lisa,
I'm just about 12 miles north of Pittsburgh. I've Been LCing since May 5, 2003 and I've lost 42 pounds so far. Not really fast, about 1lb/week, but so far no major stalls (only 2 separate wks. when I stayed the same) so I'm taking the sage advice from the boards here. . this is not a race. I am resting in my decision to do this and I completely trust that will have SUCCESS if I follow the rules. GO STEELERS! GO PENS!

I'm from Kittanning, not too far from N Castle. Been on Atkins now for 15 weeks, lost 39 pounds. Are you on Atkins?

yea Ive been on Atkins now for....hhmmm lets see Nov. 8th will be 3 months Ive been on and I have lost 32 lbs...Ive had 1 stall around 20 lbs and a falling off the wagon right now..trying to fight to get back into ketosis....need to have more control over the low carb stuff too....not eating anything in High carbs...just sometimes over doing it in the low carb goodies.....uugggggg
So we are pretty close! its always nice to have a low carber near you....I had a co-worker and a best friend also on Atkins..but they have both baled on me...but Im trucking along and NOT giving up on my long term goal!!
