The countdown is on until the big day! Make a decision ahead of time about how you will handle your Thanksgiving meal. Before Thursday, closely monitor your menu and try to eat legal as much as possible. If you want to eat some of the traditional carby foods, eat adequate protein to offset the insulin spike and drink your water.
It is important that you don't turn Thanksgiving dinner into a four day food fest and an excuse to eat anything all weekend.
